About the Author
Santosh Bhatnagar is at present working as Head, Dept. of Aeronautical Engineering, Feroze Gandhi Institute of Engineering and Technology, Rae Bareli. He is a Mechanical Engineer, from Regional Engineering College, Calicut, Kerala (now N.I.T. Calicut). He is also Aeronautical Engineer from Aeronautical Society of India, New Delhi in Design and Production Group. He is a first class post graduate diploma holder in quality management from Lucknow University. He has served for more than 34 years at M/s Hindustan Aeronautics, Accessories Division, Lucknow in quality control department. He has specialised in quality assurance activities such as TQM, Bench Marking etc. He has knowledge of lean management. He also has experience as Head of Department of Training at Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd, Lucknow Division.
