is presently working as Associate Professor in Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department at VNR Vignana Jyothi Institute of Engineering & Technology (a NAAC A++ accredited institute), Hyderabad, Telangana. He obtained his B.Tech (Electrical and Electronics Engineering), M.Tech (Power Electronics) and Ph.D (Axial Flux Machines) degrees from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad. He has got more than 23 years of academic experience merged with Research and Consultancy activities. He also comprised with an industrial experience of more than 4 years in M/s Toshiba Electricals (formerly known as M/s Vijai Electricals Ltd) and has been involved in Testing of Transformers ranging from 5 kVA to 10 MVA and well-versed with IS 2026. He held the position of Coordinator, Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of the institute.         He has presented and published more than 30 technical and research articles at different prestigious national and international conferences like INDICON, NPSC and in other reputed journals. He has offered corporate training to 'Hyundai Motors India Ltd' in the field of Electric Propulsion Systems. He is the life member in many professional societies like ISTE and IAENG. His research interest includes Axial Flux Machines Topologies and their applications to Renewable Energy and Vehicle Mobility Technologies. He is the recipient of 'Young Investigator Award' by ICEEE in 2012.
